Borrowing the words of the poet William H. Davies in his poem "Leisure", "A poor life this if, full of care, we have not time to stand and stare." There is tremendous beauty in this world, such simple beauty, that we often overlook without a second glance as we speed ever-increasingly towards a tomorrow that always remains out of reach. In my work, my aim is to remind the viewer to take pause and reconnect with the beauty that, is not just all around, but within ourselves and, exists in each and every moment.
